Hi,

I am regularly getting these errors (every 2 days or so). I'm not sure if
it's a hardware problem or software conflict?

It seems to occur when I use utorrent - this never happened under XP. I
thought it could be due to McAfee Security Suite, but I uninstalled it an it
still crashed under Vista's firewall.

I'm most greatful for a solution.

Cheers

From the stop code looks like a driver issue to me, as you wrote that
usually happens when you use utorrent i would tip for your nic driver,
cant tell more without a memory dump.
