STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

well after the installation of the norton ghost 9.0
when ever i shutdown my pc it goes in to the bluescreen
and "STOP 0x0000009F DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE"

can anyone help me thank you.....
