Still need help

I hope someone can help. I am so frustrated with this. I can't click anything
and have it work unless I refresh the page every time. Example: on a page
that has zoom in and zoom out. It won't zoom if I've already clicked it once.
I have to refresh the page and then I can click the new button/link and then
it will go to the next zoom level. I have checked everything that I know to
try to fix this. HELP! Please!

Have XP and IE 6
