Still have red x

My daughter and I have tried everything that has been suggested to get rid of
the red x. We don't know what else to do. I am posting my HijackThis
information so that if anyone sees anything wrong, maybe there are some other
tihings I can try.

When I open some web pages, all of the page doesn't show...certain parts of
them just have the square with the red x in it.
When I try to play games online on Yahoo or other websites, most of the
games won't load...there is just a square with a red x in it where the game
should be.

Try resetting all your Internet Options in the Advanced Tab back to default.
Also, under the Security Tab, change your Internet Settings back to default.
If none of this makes it work, you might have to download the Java
compiler -- I'm not too sure what it's called. Go to the www.java.com. I you
can't find what you need from the website, let me know and I'll send you a
link.

If all of this has been tried or if any of this fixes it, let us know.
