Still have problem with send to?

I' am still running into a problem using the "send to" on a right click .txt context menu. I' am
trying to remove some entry's such as " A: drive" and add "Quick view" etc. I can change "sendto"
using start, run, sendto; but that fails to change the right click .txt context menu. I have tried
powertoys, Tweak UI but nothing shows on the menu regarding send to. I also have tried running the
"sendtox.inf" in the powertoys folder. While it acts like tweak u in 98SE there is no change. I
believe I need some guidance. Thank you for any help you may give me.
