Sticky Notes/Notes Section

I'm looking to shell out from Access to the Notes section of Outlook. I can
already shell to a new sticky note, but how can I shell out to open Outlook
with the notes folder displayed?

What version of Outlook?

Have you tried starting Outlook with the /select Outlook:notes switch?
