Sticky categories when replying / forwarding an email

When replying or forwarding an email that has had a category assinged to it
in OUtlook 2007, the forwarded or reply to email has lost the category
assigned to the original email. Outlook 2003 supported this feature.

Is there any way to turn this on in 2007?
 
Turn off the default rule in Outlook 2007's Rules Wizard that strips categories.

Hi Sue

I turned the rule off, however that rule is applied to receiving emails that
have a category assigned. Please find the workflow of what I was trying:

- I Assign a category to an email in my Inbox
- I click reply or forward on this email. If I selection options, categories
the original category assigned to the email in my Outbox has dissapeared and
needs to be re-assigned. In Outlook 2003, this feature was supported whereby
the category remained attached.
