StealthBatch Trojan?

We found two files which McAfee says are infected with the "StealthBatch
Trojan" virus. There was no other virus name or description. We can't find
any description of this virus in the virus databases online. Has anyone
heard of this or know what it might be? Maybe coincidence, but the Windows
2000 default administrative shares disappeared. They are not recreated at
boot up, even after we manually recreate them.
