staying connected to internet when switching users

I cannot keep the internet connection when we switch users. Each time the
dial-up connection is lost and has to be done again for each user. There
has to be a way to maintain the connection when different users switch to
their personal mailbox.

How can I do this?

I'm not sure if Windows can keep a dial-up connection going
while switching users. That's not really a Mail question. Try
the newsgroup microsoft.public.windows.vista.networking_sharing .
