My desktop has a portion of a page or picture that wont
move.It was something i was trying to use in paint.I
moved it well over to the edge to have it out of the
way .I stuck there and it wont move ,I ran all the
cleaners etc.anti virus,ad aware ,reg mechanic &
restarted several times .Still stuck.

Can someone suggets how to delet it?


pentium 4 1.6..XP home,ie6,352 ram, 60b gig H/D.

Have you tried setting something else as wallpaper?

ctrl alt del which brings up task manager. select and end
task if it is still running.
