Statusbar on PocketPc disappears

I'm writing a .NET application for PocketPC.
Today, when I deployed my software, the statusbar showing the little
keyboard or input button on the right had disappeared.
I can only see a white space where the status bar used to be...

Is this a PocketPC software problem or a .NET problem or a Visual Studio
problem?

What can I do to solve this problem?
