status bar

when windows start, Desktop and icons are ok, but there is delay to show the
status bar for about 10 seconds, then I can see the quick launch. somebody
can help me to fix this problem.

You mean the taskbar - that's what the bar at the bottom of the desktop is
called. A 10 second delay is not much. If you want to see if there is
something causing this delay do some clean boot troubleshooting.
