Status Bar shows Calculate

Was wondering if anyone has come across this. The status
bar shows Calculate and I dont know why. I have checked
to make sure auto Calc is on, I have tried using F9 and
Ctrl/Alt and F9 as well. Nothing gets rid of the
calculate message. I do have a lot of VB code in the
model I'm using, however not sure that should make any
difference.

Hi Frank
have you checked 'Tools - Options - Calculate'. calculation has to be
set to 'automatic'

If this does not help your spreadsheet may be to complex to be
calculated automatically anymore
