I am trying to find a template in Access 2007 to track how many
identification cards are created Monday through Friday from multiple
campuses. I need to be able to sumbit the daily, weekly, monthly, yearly or
date to date (special request). I also need to be able to track the
replacement receipts for daily, weekly, monthly yearly or date to date
(special request).

I appreciate any assistance you can give me.

That's not something that you'll be likely to find a template for. You will
want to create appropriate Tables for the certification cards (whatever they
are!) and other Entities (real-life persons, things or events), and create
Queries and Reports to calculate these totals.

If you don't feel comfortable climbing the (rather steep and rocky) relational
database learning curve, you may want to consider hiring a professional.
