stationary for Outlook Express 6

my first thread is lost...so I'm trying again... :)
In my Outlook Express 6 I used to be able to go to Tools, then Options, then
the compose tab and click "download more" in the stationary section...there
would appear a list of categories for stationaries available, like angels,
purple, green, holidays, arty, wild, etc...you could download the categories
and use the stationary whenever...now when I try to "download more" it just
goes to a generic download page that has no stationary available...where can
I get more stationary? I like my emails to be creative... :)

Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
