Static Routes(2nd Post)

When I go to the user properties, on Dial-in tab there is a checkbox for
assign static IP address, apply static routes, and a button for static
routes. They are all greyed out. How can I enable these for my VPN
connection.

I found that this is only available in Native Mode...Not Mixed Mode.
