startup woes

I have recently reinstalled Win2K pro on my system after a
Hard Drive crash. Now, for some reason, if not running in
safe mode, it will restart the computer after anywhere from
one to fifteen minutes.

Any ideas why this is?

Did you replace the hard drive and do a clean install ??
