Startup Tab in MSCONFIG Utility

In the System Config Utility (MSCONFIG) there is a Startup Tab. Is there any
way at all of DELETING items in this list as opposed to just unchecking them?
There are in my computer "AD" related items that I would like deleted, not
just unchecked. I have deleted all other related files and/or folders but the
references in the Startup Tab still exists and I cannot delete them.

If, by "AD related items" you mean spyware, you need a program such as
SpyBot to remove it:

Great News, Jim. I'll go though and see what I can find. I'll respond soon.

Depending on the location given, with them in checked sate

For HKLM or HKCU run regedit.exe and delete from the right pane at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

For Startup or Common Startup look in Start - All Programs - Startup,
highlight the items there, right click and Delete
