Startup Problem

The Baba

My machine starts just fine, but the problem is a message that pops up when
it does start...I was cleaning out some adware, scumwar, etc. from a
co-workers machine, and one of the offending apps was 'NavExcel Search
Toolbar'...

I got rid of it just fine, plus a bunch of other stuff, but every time it
boots, a box pops up saying the program has been removed, and some files are
still in use, and they will be removed on startup...

Well, it pops up every time I re-start...I scanned the registry for every
instance of NavExcel, NavHelper, Navapp, etc., but can't get rid of the
popup...I also checked Msconfig, but there was nothing in there...

Anyone know how I can get rid of this damn thing?

Thanks

Gotta be there- u just dont reognize it.

On General Tab, unck Startups>>reboot & I'll bet it doesnt
run => it is indeed 1 of Startups

Any advise given is my attempt to show appreciation for all
the excellent help I've received here but I'm no MVP so it
may only apply NUGS (Normally, Usually, Generally, Sometimes :)
