Startup Hidden Menu Bars - I need them back!

Hi

I selected in tools --> startup to disable the toolbars and open a form on
startup. I can get the database window back by pressing F11 but cannot get
the toolbars to come back. I have tried Ctrl+F11 as help suggests but with no
joy.

Please help!

Greg,

Open your .mdb while holding down the Shift key. It will by-pass all
startup settings / macro / code etc, and allow you access the full menu.
