Startup Error

Upon Startup I get a C++ Runtime Error. The next line is program and it has
no file path..its just blank. Can anyone help me with this?

That can be caused by an Orphans left from bad uninstallation or for a
corrupt application residing on your machine and doesn't answer the call for
starting up causing this error to appear.
Try by Clean Boot/Selective Boot up and see what application/line causing it:
