startup error message

when I start up my computer, windows loads but the first thing to pop up is
a message that says: WJView Error, Error:Could not execute MAIN: The system
cannot find the file specified.

Can someone please help me fix this. I am not sure if this affects the
performance of my computer but it is really annoying.
