Startup doesn't work

Hi.. I just figured out how to make the schedule scan
work. However, whenever I do a system restart the
AntiSpyware icon disappears from the notification area
(though the option "Enable (...) agents on startup" is
checked). Then, the scheduled scan doesn't start. Is this
because Antispyware is actually not running?

Thanks,

FBM

If the GIANT processes are running under TaskManager, then Realtime
protection is still active. To bring back the MSAS bulls eye in the
notification area, do this:
You can repair Windows AntiSpyware using Add or Remove Programs in Control
Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware and click Change. Click Next, and then
click Update.

Do I have to do this each time I restart my computer? Has
it been reported that the Scan Scheduler doesn't work
after restarting the system?
