Starting Word starts up the Visual Basic Debugger

A client is using Word, Outlook and Visual Basic on a computer. When he
starts Word, he gets a message box which says:

Microsoft Visual Basic
This command closes the Debugger

He started getting this message box two days ago. Before that it worked
without getting this message. How can I stop this message to appear?
