Starting Windows

I recently moved and when I tried to start my computer it opened up to a log
on window with id and password needed. I have never used this before on this
computer. I cannot get passed this to stsrt windows. What can I do?

Usually if no passwords were created,pressing the enter key works.If the
computer BIOS has created a password,not windows,you can clear passwords
by clearing the CMOS,remove battery,place CMOS jumper pin from 1-2 position
to 2-3 for 1 minute or so,then move pin back to 1-2 position,replace battery.
You'll need to reset basic BIOS settings after.
