starting services

I have a DC running AD. What is the minimum permission
for user to be able to start windows services?
I can always make account part of the administrators but I
do not think is a good solution

logon as service is needed. It is generally best to create a specific
account for services. On my customers sites i have an app_serv account that
I use for Backup-Exec and ony other services that require an account. I tend
to leave required Win2k services alone.
