Starting scheduled tasks and ODBC

I had an unidentified issue with my user profile that has
since appeared to have corrupted the starting of scheduled
tasks that call an ODBC driver. Scheduled tasks that call
non ODBC driver related items work just fine. Has anyone
run into such a probelm that has a resolve?
