Start Word without Help frame

How do I start Word without Help frame?

Help frame? If you mean the Startup task pane, then click on
Tools | Options | View | uncheck the "Startup Task Pane" Box |
OK. If the Startup task pane still pops up after you turn it off
as suggested, then try installing the Task Pane Controller add-in
from http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ShowTaskPane.htm .
