Because you have been running without a firewall and you don't
keep up with the Windows critical updates as they are released,
you have gotten infected with one of the recent worms, probably
either Sasser or Blaster. To determine which one, and to get
instructions to remove it, please post back with the complete
verbatim text of the error message.
