start up

when i press the on button my pc starts up then i get a message
saying::checking file system on d: the file type system is nfts volum data
one of your disks need checking for consistancy. i have to press any key to
skip this i have let it run through the scan to start up and it does run .
but i have t do this every time i turn my pc on

Anthony I assume you are referring to AUTOCHK which automatically checks
your disk for errors at startup. This is basically the same as CHKDSK.
