My son and I use different personal start ups on this computer. When I start
mine i get a Windows Explorer file showing contents of System32 folder. I
have to click this off to return to the normal start up screen. It does not
happen when my son starts his own personal start up. It must be in my
personal settings. How do I disable this operation. Can anyone help?
Many thanks

System32 on desktop
Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down
to Item No. 260. In the right column, click on "System32 Folder Opens
Upon Boot". Download this repair file and then run the repair.
