What you want to access is the "System Configuration Utility" which you
can reach by Start/Run/type "msconfig" (less the quote markers)/then click
"OK". You can do a better job of managing your start program list with Mike
Lin's "Startup Control Panel" or "Windows Defender (Beta 2)" or "CounterSpy"
in case you have them.
GO TO ALL S/WARE THAT IS RUNNING ON PC, U CAN THEN DISABLE OR ENABLE ,
