Start up program

I can't remember the command that lets you pick and choose what programs you
want to start up. It was Config ??? something.
 
What you want to access is the "System Configuration Utility" which you
can reach by Start/Run/type "msconfig" (less the quote markers)/then click
"OK". You can do a better job of managing your start program list with Mike
Lin's "Startup Control Panel" or "Windows Defender (Beta 2)" or "CounterSpy"
in case you have them.
 
GO TO ALL S/WARE THAT IS RUNNING ON PC, U CAN THEN DISABLE OR ENABLE ,
I HAD TO DO IT BECAUSE
