Sounds like a BIOS configuration problem or an incompatible device driver.
Have you installed any device lately? if you have, remove the device, if not
installed lately but you do have a PCI Videl Card, remove it from the
computer and try to logon.... If no device has been installed, log into the
CMOS BIOS and set it to default settings and try now.
