start up problem

i have avery serious problem when ever i start or restart my computer i get
chkdisk of one of my disk (i.e scan disk in older version of windows os)
since i have made four partitions of my disk every time i start OR restart my
system i get a message like that E drive might have some problem ... so the
scan starts after scan it says that no error was found ( every time i get the
same message ) when i went to disk defragmentar when i want to defragment my
e drive it says that E drive is scedhule to run chk disk so it cant
defragment

Start>Run and type without quotes "cmd". In the next window type without quotes "chkntfs /x" and restart.
