MSA64CHK.DLL is from something call mp3 downloads. You
probably un-installed it, but registry startup entries
are left behind. To remove the startup entrie, I would
use highjackthis. You can get it free at:

http://www.net-integration.net/index.php?

then run a scan
It's an 04 entry

The entry in Hijackthis should look like this

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: c:\windows\system32\MSA64CHK.dll

Check the box and run fix.
