Start up background picture

This may seem silly but when my computer starts up, the
background picture is one I would like to get off of
there. I have the regular background picture I want after
the computer begins but during start-up, it has a picture
that belonged to the person who used this computer
workstation before me.

Right click on any open space on your desktop.
Click Properties, then the background tab.
Browse to the folder where your picture is stored.
Click on it.
Mrich.
