Start->Run will try to predict as you type which command you're going
to run based upon a list of previous commands you've typed.

Lately though for some reason it no longer offers a command history
but instead seems to use the Internet Explorer history list instead.

Ao I get a really "helpful" list of previous urls appearing instead of
previous commands.

Does anyone know how I can get the right list back?

Thanks.

Hi Steve,

Is the option "Store and display a list of recently opened programs" enabled in Start menu properties?

Hi Steve,

Is the option "Store and display a list of recently opened programs" enabled in Start menu properties?

For some reason that was unset. And it's back working now.

Many thanks.
