start 'run as'-dialogue

Hallo,

I want to start the 'run as'-dialogue from VB-code,
not manual (- that works with SHIFT key and right-click)
Does anyone know the function?

The "Run As" dialog is a front-end to the Windows function
CreateProcessAsLogonW(), which you can call directly from Visual
Basic:

Another way might be to shell-execute runas.exe.
