Start Menu

My start menu has log off and turn off computer. No shut
down, I need to restart in safe mode, but cannot, computer
just shuts off, or goes to user log on. Any help?

Hi Randy,

Go to Start - Turn off computer and select Restart.
After the BIOS post start tapping the F8 key until
the Start Menu comes up. Select Safe Mode.

Go to Start/Run/Msconfig. Boot.Ini and check off /SafeBoot. Apply/Ok,
reboot.
