i did something to where all i see on start is the "rt" and also i see only
half of everythin on my start menu.
 
Well undo something.........................
a little more detail would really be helfull.......like what the h''''is
rt??

Adjust your monitor display, there should be a few buttons on the
monitor to adjust your display.

Look at your monitor buttons / manual- it needs resynching. Most have auto
modes now. Look for whatever brings the menu onto the screen and try
auto-adjust. There's usually manual adjustment for size and position too if
needed.
