Start Menu - Search Feature

Is there any way to change the default action when a person hits 'Enter'
inside the Start Menu's search text box? I would rather "Search the Internet"
when I hit Enter rather than having VISTA search my hard drive (index).

Any ideas?

This can be done, but it also replaces the functionality of "F3" key (which brings file Search by default).

Why not use Start++ instead?
