Get your selector in All Programs and right click and select, "Sort by
name".
I do that but also keep my created folders, "Frequent Programs" and
"Utilities" right off of the All Programs arrow so I don't have to mess
with the full menu most of the time. After sorting, I move those two
folders back to where the mouse selector shows after being on All Programs.

Hi!
What did you mean by:"Get your selector in All Programs"? R-clicking on
"Programs" in the Startup pop-up menu gives me a choice of Open or Explore,
both of which give a Winows Explorer window which is already in alphabetical
order.....I want the actual Startup Menu top be in alphabetical order so I
can find what I want quickly....

Go to Start/All Programs and then over to where the programs are listed
and right click and choose Sort by Name. As I don't want mine changed, I
haven't tried it.
