Start Menu power button action

I know you can change the action of the start menu power button to various
tasks, but is it possible to set it to bring up an XP style option box for
standby/reset/shutdown.

I've set the action to hibernate, but too often I've clicked it when wanting
to reset, subconciously expecting the option box, and had to wait ages for
the computer to hibernate, then unhibernate then finally use the menu to
select reset.

Still stuck in my XP ways.
 
why not press the little arrow that is on the right of that button?
a little menu pops up with the other options...

if you dont have hibernate there, tell me
