Start menu MFU list

Some programs add to the MFU list, and others (standard exe) don't. The ones
that don't aren't in the exclude list, and the number of programs shown is less
than the number set to show.
I'm pretty confident that it's a setting(s) on my box, because it doesn't happen
on a friends box. Any ideas?

I appreciate all the above, but unfortunately none of the suggestions worked.

Mike,

1. Start Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).
2. Look for empty string values named NoStartPage to the following registry
keys, where Program name.exe is the name of the executable file that is used
to start the program:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Applications\Program name.exe

3. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.

The .exes that I'm concerned with aren't in the list.

Offers same advice as the other two. TweakManager doesn't have anything,
unless it's in the 600 extra features you get by buying.

This is a tough one, Thanks for hanging with me.

What are the names of the applications and executables?

For example; Microsoft Word, winword.exe.

DxD.exe, PWB.exe (both of which I wrote), NoteTab.exe
It just occured to me that all 3 are on the Quick Launch bar.
That's the reason. Sorry to have put you thru this.
Thanks a ton!!
