Start event from ThisOutlookSession

I posted a question a little while ago about adding items to the right click
menu option in Outlook. Ken pointed me to the "ItemContextMenuDisplay". I
looked it up in the help file and found a very good example.

I placed this code under the "ThisOutlookSession" and tried it out. I
rightclicked the mail but nothing seems to happen. How can I activate this so
I can adjust this piece of code to my own wishes. In short how do I get it to
work before I wiggle on it myself. I assume that the example in the helpfile
should work right?

Using Office 2007 (outlook 2007)

Macro's weren't enabled.... duhhhh sharp ;-)
