START BUTTON IS HIDDEN

HOW CAN I GET MY START BUTTON VISIBLE AGAING BECAUSE IT IS
HIDDEN AND BECAUSE I SCREEN SEEMS EXPANDED AND I CANNOT
SEE THE OPTIONS TO CLOSE THE SCREEN OR THE SCROLL BAR ON
THE SIDE?

What happens when you press the "Flying Windows" key (it's between Ctrl
& Alt keys left of spacebar)?

Please do not post using ALL CAPS ... (ack, my eyes). Thanks.
