Staring Lotus notes on cell containing..?

Can any one tell me if its possible to get the lotus notes program t
start up when a cell (any cell) has a certain text i.e Re:E-mail?

<<<<<<,being cheeky...if it is possible can anyone supp;y the code?

I posted this question last night, has any one any ideas on how to d
this?, it only has to launch lotus notes not actually pen the user
account, perhaps when it launches Lotus notes it could also pop up
msgbox promting the user to send an e-mail.
