Does anyone know how to fix key error on Outlook?

When I use outlook, several of my function produce different characters.
For example, both my " and ? key gave me È character. My ~ key gave me /.
My ^ key became ?.

This situation did not happen to my Word, Excel or anything else. It's very
annoying and inconvenient when you trying to compose email message. Task or
appointment.

Does it have anything to do with the installation of Outlook Connector?
