Standings

I am putting together an excel sheet for the World Cup standing for a
school project. I need to calculate the standings in each group. The
individual standings are based on point totals, but if the individual
points are the same for different teams then placement looks at goals
for; if that is not enough then finally goals against is calculated. I
am not sure what statement to use or if there is a calculation for this.
Please help!

Sort tables by:

Points
then Goal Difference
then Goals scored (Goals for)

My own version only sorts by the first two as probability of same points and
same goal is small. It would be easy to add in the third sort parameter.
