How do I go about converting a database into a standalone program that
can be used on PC's with Access installed?

If they have Access installed all you need to do is give them your MDx
file(s). If they don't you would have to acquire the Developer's Tools
which allow you to distribute and package the Access runtime. Access files
cannot be made into "standalone" programs.
